Pricing

$20/hr (plus a $50 cleaning fee for events with food or shoes) 

- Classes, Auditions, Photo Shoots + Meetings Rate:

$15/hr • $12/hr for 8 or more hours in a month

- Rehearsal Rates:

$35/hr

$135/day •  $225/two days • $500/five days • $650/week

To request a reservation, send this form with the date, start and end time, and details about the kind of event you'd like to have. Please reach out a week in advance of renting. The team will get back to you within one business day.

All rentals require a non-refundable 15% deposit to hold the space. All large or event rentals may require a $150 refundable damage deposit.
